Visitor Analytics is a simple website analytics service which measures the traffic and visitors' general details of our website. By collecting these statistics, HSM can make their visitors' experience better (e.g. which pages they visit and when, where they are approximately located, where does a user land first or if they are coming from a specific referral).

Basically, as a website owner using Visitor Analytics, we are using cookies to collect data about visitors' device type and screen size, approximate location, browser, OS, IPs, page visits, bounce rate, conversions and popular content on the website. HSM also utilizes a third-party service called PayPal to process product orders and donations. PayPal collects personal information (that is voluntarily given by the customer) to accept payment and ship the customer order. PayPal has their own Privacy Policy. HSM also utilizes Stripe services to process product orders. Stripe collects personal information through the HSM website to process orders and ship products. Wix Stores

HSM also utilizes Wix Stores. Our website is created by Wix and our online store is maintained through their services. Wix helps connect us with the services of PayPal and Stripe to process payments. Wix servers store customer information that includes when payments are made, the amount of the payment, what products were ordered, the name of the customer, their address, phone number, and email. Wix does not store payment method information (such as a credit card number). We also utilize Wix services to send our newsletters and some other email announcements. Therefore, Wix servers stores Personal Information that is voluntarily given by the customer (with the exception of payment information), and HSM has access to this information. 123 Form Builder

HSM utilizes the services from 123 Form Builder for some online forms found on our website. This is an app associated with the Wix website builder, and some Personal Information is collected and stored using their services. Credit Card and other payment information (such as a credit card number or bank account number) is not given to or stored by HSM. Payment information is collected by either PayPal or Stripe (depending on the customer's choice).

We us Personal Information and other information to process donations and product orders, review comments and questions, communicate information to you, and inform you about our products, events, and services. We also collect information to provide better customer service, support, and improve the online experience of our visitors and customers.

We take reasonable steps to protect the Personal Information and other information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access.  However, please be aware that no security system is perfect. Non-Identifying Information collected by third party companies is stored on the third-party servers. HSM is operated in the United States. If you are located outside the United States, be aware that the information you send us will be transferred to the United States. By using this website and sending information, you consent to this transfer with accordance to this Privacy Policy.

Children
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. Please do not send HSM information if you are under 13 years of age. If we learn that a child under the age of 13 has submitted personal information through the Site, we will take all reasonable measures to delete such information from Our database and will not use the information for any purpose except as required by law.
